Hiring: Accountant — Wholesale Business (Onsite / In Person)
We are a growing wholesale business looking for an Accountant who can own our books end-to-end — accurate accounts, clean registers, timely filings, and smooth coordination with customers and vendors.
This is not a job for someone who wants to do data entry and clock out. We need someone who takes ownership of the full accounting cycle, keeps the books audit-ready, stays on top of statutory deadlines, and follows up on receivables and payables without being chased.
What This Role Is About:
- Maintaining complete account books for a wholesale operation
- Managing sale/purchase registers, banking, receivables, and payables
- Handling GST, TDS, and other statutory filings on time
- Coordinating with CRM's, customers and vendors on accounts matters
Your Responsibilities:
- Maintain account books, sale/purchase registers, and banking records accurately
- Manage Accounts Receivable — track dues and follow up until cleared
- Manage Accounts Payable — ensure timely, correct vendor payments
- File GST, TDS, and handle other statutory/compliance work on schedule
- Coordinate with CRM's, customers and vendors on billing and reconciliation
- Reconcile bank statements and flag discrepancies early
- Prepare accounts reports as required by management
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience
- Hands-on working knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Office
- Sound understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
- Bachelor's degree (Commerce preferred)
- Good communication skills — a must
- Self-driven, accountable, and comfortable owning deadlines
- Able to reliably commute to or relocate to Madhapur, Hyderabad
