About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior UI/UX Designer with 1 to 1.5 years of professional experience. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to convert design concepts into responsive web interfaces.
Responsibilities
- Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web applications.
- Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and design systems using Figma.
- Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
- Convert UI designs into responsive HTML and CSS layouts.
- Perform basic UI interactions using jQuery.
- Maintain consistency across products by following design guidelines and best practices.
- Continuously improve designs based on user feedback and business requirements.
Required Skills
- 1–1.5 years of experience in UI/UX Design.
- Strong proficiency in Figma.
- Good knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3.
- Basic understanding of jQuery.
- Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
- Knowledge of UI/UX principles, typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Skills
- Basic understanding of JavaScript.
- Experience working with design systems and reusable UI components.
- Familiarity with version control tools like Git is a plus.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Design, Computer Science, IT, or a related field (preferred).
- A portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects is mandatory.
