We are looking for a Diploma Mechanical Engineer who is enthusiastic about advanced manufacturing technologies. The selected candidate will be responsible for operating 3D printers, preparing print jobs, performing quality inspections, assisting in CAD modifications, and supporting day-to-day production activities.
Comprehensive training will be provided on our manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare print jobs using slicing software.
- Operate FDM and SLA 3D printers.
- Monitor print progress and resolve basic printing issues.
- Perform routine maintenance and calibration of machines.
- Remove supports, wash, cure, and finish printed parts.
- Inspect parts for dimensional accuracy and surface quality.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Perform basic CAD modifications when required.
- Optimize part orientation and support structures for efficient printing.
- Maintain machine utilization and production records.
- Coordinate with the production team to meet delivery schedules.
- Maintain cleanliness and follow 5S practices in the production area.
- Support vacuum casting and post-processing activities whenever required.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve productivity and quality.
Required Qualification
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.)
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of mechanical engineering principles.
- Ability to read engineering drawings.
- Basic knowledge of CAD software (SolidWorks, Fusion 360, Creo, AutoCAD, or similar).
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes.
- Good computer skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Good analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
- Strong attention to detail.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of 3D Printing technologies.
- Experience with Cura, Chitubox, or similar slicing software.
- Experience in prototyping, CNC machining, or manufacturing.
- Knowledge of measuring instruments such as Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, and Height Gauges.
