Job Responsibilities :
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided databases.
- Meet sales targets monthly.
- Explain project details, pricing, and offers to customers clearly.
- Schedule site visits for the sales team.
- Follow up with interested clients regularly.
- Maintain proper call records and update CRM/software.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
Eligibility Criteria :
- Experience: Minimum 0-3 years
- Qualification: Graduation in any stream.
- Skills Required:
- Good communication skills (Hindi, Bengali & basic English preferred).
- Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented approach.
- Basic computer knowledge.
Salary & Benefits :
- Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (Based on experience)
