Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Engineer responsible for promoting and selling color sorter machines to clients in industries such as rice mills, pulses, grains, tea, spices, and other agro-processing units. The candidate should have strong technical understanding along with sales skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in target markets
- Promote and sell color sorter machines to rice mills, dal mills, and food processing industries
- Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, and references
- Conduct product presentations and machine demonstrations
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions
- Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and BOQ
- Negotiate prices and close sales deals
- Coordinate with service/technical team for installation and after-sales support
- Maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Basic technical understanding of machinery/equipment
- Good knowledge of MS Office & CRM tools
- Ability to handle B2B sales
- Willingness to travel extensively
Qualification:
- Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field
- MBA in Sales/Marketing (preferred but not mandatory)
Experience:
- 1–5 years in capital equipment sales (preferably color sorter / agro machinery / compressors / packaging machines)

CTC:
₹3 – ₹8 LPA + Incentives (based on experience)
Additional Requirements:
- Own vehicle preferred
- Good networking skills in agro/industrial sector
