Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and customers in a professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
- Handle front desk operations and maintain a positive first impression of the organization.
- Maintain visitor records and manage entry/exit registers.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail, couriers, and deliveries.
- Assist with administrative and clerical tasks as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- Coordinate with internal teams for customer and visitor support.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide basic information about company products and services.
