About the Role
Mosons Group, one of Kerala’s fastest-growing business houses, is looking for ambitious individuals to join our expanding field sales division. As a Retail Relationship Officer, you will be the face of our renowned brands, including Indulekha, Happenstance, and Malayalima, ensuring our products are available and visible across your assigned territory.
What You Will Do
- Retail Network Growth: Actively visit retail outlets to expand our market reach and ensure strong product availability.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain productive, long-term partnerships with local shop owners and distributors.
- Sales Target Achievement: Consistently drive secondary sales volume by meeting daily, weekly, and monthly market targets.
What We Are Looking For
Experience: Freshers with a passion for field sales are highly encouraged to apply. Prior experience in FMCG or retail sales is an added advantage.
Skills: Excellent communication, persuasive negotiation skills, and a competitive drive to succeed.
Requirements: You must possess a valid driving license and a two-wheeler for daily travel within the assigned area.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: Competitive fixed CTC of ₹27,050/Month.
Incentives: Uncapped, performance-linked incentive structure.
Allowances: Daily Allowance (DA) and Travel Allowance (TA) provided.
