CK’s Ingredients is an ISO 22000:2018 and FSSAI-certified manufacturer of food ingredients — preservatives, emulsifiers, flavours, and bakery improvers — trusted by distributors, bakeries, and food manufacturers across India for over a decade.
We are looking for experienced candidates to join our Finance & Accounts team at our office in Tripunithura, Kochi. You will handle day-to-day accounting operations — from purchase entries and bank reconciliation to GST compliance and vendor payments — working closely with the Chief Accountant. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresh or early-career accounts professional to gain solid, practical accounting experience in a growing, ISO-certified food ingredients company.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Handle day-to-day accounting entries in Tally Prime — purchases, payments, receipts, and journal entries
- Perform Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) regularly and resolve discrepancies
- Manage accounts payable and receivable — vendor payments, customer collections, and ledger reconciliation
- Record GST purchase entries, Input Tax Credit (ITC), and Reverse Charge Mechanism (RCM) entries accurately
- Pass TDS, PF, and ESI entries as per statutory requirements
- Maintain petty cash records and verify cash vouchers
- Support the Chief Accountant in financial reporting, audit preparation, and statutory filings
- Maintain systematic filing of all financial documents — invoices, POs, GRNs, and vouchers
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- B.Com / BBA (Finance)
- Minimum 1 year of accounts experience
- Hands-on proficiency in Tally Prime — mandatory
- Working knowledge of GST (ITC, RCM), TDS, PF, and ESI provisions
- Good MS Excel skills — data entry, reconciliation, and basic reporting
- Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and a high sense of integrity
- Willing to work on-site at Tripunithura, Kochi
