Job Description
- Lead and supervise electricians, fitters, welders, and maintenance staff.
- Allocate daily maintenance tasks and monitor completion.
- Train operators and technicians on machine care and safety.
- Ensure compliance with factory safety standards and electrical regulations.
- Implement machine safety systems and preventive safety checks.
- Maintain maintenance logs, breakdown reports, and audit records.
- Identify opportunities for machine upgrades and automation.
- Improve machine productivity, efficiency, and equipment life.
- Support production team in achieving daily targets.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
