Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Senior Property Consultant to join our sales team. The ideal candidate should have experience in real estate sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to convert leads into successful sales while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable residential and commercial properties.
- Conduct property presentations and site visits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Follow up with prospects and ensure timely updates in the CRM.
- Negotiate and close property deals to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth booking and documentation process.
- Maintain high standards of customer service throughout the sales journey.

Qualifications

Salary
₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month (Based on experience)
