Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, explaining property details, conducting site visits, and closing sales deals. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on sales leads through calls, references, and marketing campaigns.
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable residential/commercial properties.
- Arrange and conduct property site visits with clients.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Negotiate pricing and close property deals successfully.
- Maintain records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Coordinate with developers, brokers, and internal teams.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated on market trends and property availability.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Knowledge of local real estate market.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, Email).
- Presentable and professional attitude.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline preferred.
- Experience in real estate sales or direct sales is an advantage.
