Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with a warm and professional attitude.
- Present menus and assist guests with food and beverage recommendations.
- Take accurate orders and communicate them efficiently to the kitchen and barista team.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining presentation standards.
- Ensure guests receive attentive service throughout their visit.
- Clear and reset tables quickly while maintaining cleanliness.
- Handle guest requests and resolve concerns politely and professionally.
- Assist with opening and closing duties.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, service stations, and café.
- Follow hygiene, food safety, and company SOPs.
- Support the team during busy service periods.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in a café, bakery, restaurant, or hotel (Freshers with a positive attitude are welcome).
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Pleasant personality with a professional appearance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Flexible to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Basic English and Hindi communication skills (Gujarati is an advantage).
Preferred Skills
- Experience with POS systems.
- Knowledge of café or bakery menus.
- Ability to upsell menu items and increase guest satisfaction.
- Strong attention to cleanliness and detail.
