Skill set Required :

We are an engineering service company looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads, primarily from the US & Europe market. This position is perfect for a fresher or someone with 1-2 years of experience who is looking to grow their career in sales.

Location: iPAC Office, Hadpsar, Pune (India)

Responsibilities :

Research and identify potential clients and industries in the US & Europe market.
Generate qualified leads through various channels such as LinkedIn, email marketing, cold calling, and other outbound marketing techniques.
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients.
Follow up on leads to set up meetings with the Sales team.
Collaborate with the Sales team to develop effective strategies to arrange first meetings.
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly lead generation targets.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, Any graduate.
Excellent communication skills with fluency in written and spoken English.
Experience in lead generation or inside sales is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
