* Call potential customers from provided data and digital leads.
* Explain real estate projects, pricing, offers, and location advantages to clients.
* Generate qualified leads and schedule site visits for the sales team.
* Maintain and update customer database in CRM / Excel.
* Follow up with interested customers for site visits and bookings.
* Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
* Coordinate with Sales Managers and Site Heads for customer appointments.
* Maintain daily call reports and lead status updates.
