Role Overview
We are looking for a curious, analytical, and execution-oriented Associate Manager – Capability Development to help build and scale iQuanti's capability development ecosystem.
Working closely with the Senior Manager – Learning & Development, you will design engaging learning experiences, execute flagship capability programs, and build measurement frameworks that demonstrate business impact.
Success in this role requires intellectual curiosity, the ability to rapidly understand new business domains, and the creativity to transform business knowledge into engaging, measurable learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Capability Development
- Design experiential, bite-sized learning experiences across technical, behavioral, and leadership capabilities.
- Develop learning assets including facilitator guides, assessments, simulations, case studies, and digital content.
- Partner with business SMEs to translate operational knowledge into practical learning experiences.
Program Delivery
- Execute large-scale capability development programs across geographies.
- Manage program plans, stakeholders, facilitators, vendors, and learner experience.
- Support the continuous enhancement of iQuanti's flagship capability programs.
Measurement & Analytics
- Build assessments and dashboards that measure capability improvement and business impact.
- Analyze learning, performance, and productivity data to generate actionable insights.
- Recommend improvements based on program outcomes and learner feedback.
Learning Operations & Innovation
- Manage learning platforms, content repositories, and learning operations.
- Leverage AI and digital technologies to improve learning design, delivery, and measurement.
- Drive automation and continuous improvement across learning processes.
Who You Are
- 4–7 years in Learning & Development, Capability Development, Talent Development, or Organizational Development.
- Experience designing learning content and managing learning programs.
- Experience in consulting, technology, digital marketing, or other knowledge-intensive organizations is preferred.
