- Provide professional nursing care to clients in their homes according to individualized care plans.
- Conduct health assessments and monitor vital signs, symptoms, and overall well-being.
- Administer medications, treatments, and wound care as prescribed by healthcare providers.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all nursing interventions and client progress.
- Assist clients with activities of daily living while promoting independence and dignity.
- Educate clients and family members on health management, medication use, and preventive care.
- Communicate effectively with physicians, multidisciplinary teams, and caregivers regarding client needs.
- Identify changes in health conditions and escalate concerns promptly to appropriate healthcare professionals.
- Ensure compliance with infection control practices, safety standards, and organizational policies.
- Provide compassionate, person-centered care that enhances the client's comfort, health, and quality of life.
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹41,500.00 per month
