We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter with 6 months of recruitment experience to join our HR team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for various job positions. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic knowledge of recruitment processes, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
- Conduct initial HR interviews and telephonic screenings
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records
- Coordinate with candidates regarding interview updates and feedback
- Post job openings on different hiring platforms
- Assist in onboarding and joining formalities
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes
- Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
