- Develop and maintain a portfolio of key client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact.

- Conduct regular client meetings and reviews to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and present new solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, operations, and marketing, to deliver comprehensive and integrated solutions to clients.
- Prepare and present proposals, presentations, and reports to clients, clearly articulating value propositions.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) for client retention and revenue growth.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Resolve client issues and complaints efficiently and effectively, escalating when necessary.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and activity logs within the CRM system.
