Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with a portfolio of clients.Issue Resolution: Handle inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner.Feedback Collection: Conduct surveys and proactively collect customer feedback to share with internal sales, marketing, and product/service teams.Sales & Retention: Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and proactively manage outreach for client retention.Data Management: Track and manage all customer interactions and account transactions using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with internal departments to ensure customer needs and expectations are met.
