We are hiring an Automation Delivery Lead to own customer-facing delivery and adoption of DigitalXC’s AI-led IT automation platform.
This is not a traditional service delivery manager role. The role is meant for someone who understands IT operations, has worked with service delivery or production support teams, and is excited about reducing manual work through automation.
The person will work with customer IT operations teams, identify automation opportunities, track live automation performance, govern exceptions, prepare value reports, and coordinate with internal automation engineers to expand adoption.
The ideal candidate should have experience in ITSM, IT operations, application support, infrastructure support, RPA, ServiceNow workflows, runbook automation, AIOps, or customer-facing technical delivery. They do not need to be a developer, but they must be comfortable understanding workflows, SOPs, tickets, approvals, access dependencies, and operational metrics.
Key responsibilities:
Own automation delivery and adoption across customer accounts.
Work with customer and partner IT operations teams to identify repetitive manual work that can be automated.
Track automation run success, failures, exceptions, dependencies, and customer-side blockers.
Coordinate with automation engineers to convert use cases into deployed automations.
Prepare monthly automation value reports covering tickets automated, hours saved, success rates, exceptions, and future opportunities.
Drive continuous expansion of automation use cases across service desk, infra, cloud, application support, access management, reporting, and IT operations.
Act as the bridge between customer operations, DigitalXC delivery, and platform teams.
Required profile:
8–14 years of experience in IT operations, service delivery, production support, automation delivery, RPA, ServiceNow, AIOps, SRE, or technical customer success.
Strong understanding of ITSM processes such as incident, service request, change, problem, access request, and operational reporting.
Ability to understand SOPs, ticket flows, approval flows, and repetitive operational tasks.
Strong communication skills with customers and internal engineering teams.
High ownership, energy, and willingness to operate in a growing AI automation company.
Good to have:
Exposure to ServiceNow, Jira, monitoring tools, RPA, scripts, APIs, cloud operations, runbook automation, or AI-based automation platforms.
Experience preparing customer-facing governance decks, value reports, or automation adoption dashboards.
Experience working with enterprise IT operations teams.
This role is suitable for someone who wants to move from traditional IT operations into the future of AI-led autonomous IT services.
