We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Executive to strengthen our digital presence, build audience engagement, and support our branding and marketing initiatives across multiple social media platforms.
About The Role
We are seeking a proactive and creative Social Media Executive with at least 1 year of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media platforms, content planning, audience engagement, and brand communication. You will work closely with the marketing team to create engaging content, manage social media channels, and contribute to the growth of SDLC Corp's online presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and X (Twitter)
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging social media content
- Develop and manage monthly content calendars
- Write compelling captions, social media posts, and campaign copy
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging content opportunities
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content writers
- Engage with audiences by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries
- Support employer branding and corporate branding initiatives
- Execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Track social media performance and prepare monthly reports
- Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing and business objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, Content Marketing, or a similar role
- Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and current social media trends
- Experience creating, scheduling, and managing social media content
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic understanding of content planning, audience engagement, and digital marketing
- Familiarity with Canva, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, and social media analytics tools
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
What Success Looks Like
Within the first 3–6 months, the selected candidate will:
- Consistently manage and publish content across social media platforms
- Contribute creative content ideas and campaign concepts
- Grow platform engagement and social media activity month-on-month
- Assist in strengthening SDLC Corp's online brand presence
- Deliver content according to monthly content calendars and marketing goals
