We are looking for an experienced and confident Telecaller to join our growing real estate team in Kharar.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound client calls
- Generate and follow up on property leads
- Explain project details and schedule site visits
- Maintain client data and regular follow-ups
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of telecalling experience required
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Knowledge of Kharar real estate market and nearby areas
- Positive attitude and professional behavior
- Basic computer and CRM handling knowledge preferred
Salary: ₹15,000 per month
Incentives: Performance-based incentives available
