Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated Telecallers to join our growing team. The candidate will contact prospective customers, explain our loan products, generate quality leads, and coordinate with clients throughout the loan process.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Explain Home Loan, Business Loan, Personal Loan, Machinery Loan, and Working Capital products.
- Generate and qualify leads.
- Follow up with interested customers.
- Collect required documents from clients.
- Maintain customer records and daily call reports.
- Coordinate with banks and internal teams for loan processing.
- Build long-term customer relationships.
Eligibility
- Any Degree / Diploma / HSC.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Good communication skills in Tamil.
- Basic English knowledge is preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, Email).
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
