Job Summary
Black Parasmani Pvt. Ltd. is an Indian manufacturer specializing in high-quality LED drivers. We are looking for an aggressive and result-oriented Sales Executive to manage and expand our OEM sales. Unlike a standard sales role, we need a "closer" who can build strategic relationships with LED light manufacturers, track projects from start to finish, and influence specifications to ensure our products are the preferred choice.
Key Responsibilities
- Revenue Generation: Drive sales by identifying and acquiring new OEM customers within the lighting industry.
- Pipeline Management: Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and technical positioning to closing and payment collection.
- Technical Consultation: Understand customer requirements and technical specs to recommend the most suitable LED driver solutions.
- Market Influence: Act as a specification influencer with manufacturers to ensure Black Parasmani is integrated into their product designs.
- Reporting: Maintain high accountability by preparing regular sales forecasts and market activity reports for the CMD.
- Field Presence: Maintain a consistent presence in the industrial zones of Mumbai and Vasai to build trust and ensure project tracking.
Must-Haves
- Education: Graduate in Engineering (Electronics / Electrical) or a relevant stream.
- Experience: At least 2 years in OEM sales, specifically in LED drivers or electronic components.
- Schedule: Six-day working week (Monday to Saturday), 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
- Mobility: Must be ready for daily field travel within the Mumbai region.
- Mindset: A revenue-focused professional who takes ownership of targets and manages clients as a strategic business partner.
