- FMG (Foreign Medical Graduate) from a recognized institution.
- B.Sc./Bachelor’s degree in Physician Assistant from a recognized institution.
Job Description – Physician Assistant
- A Physician Assistant (PA) works under the supervision of a doctor and assists in patient care.
- Take patient history and vital signs.
- Assist doctors in patient examination and assessment.
- Perform permitted basic clinical procedures.
- Assist in emergency and routine patient care.
- Monitor patients and report any change in condition to the doctor.
- Assist with investigations and treatment as directed by the doctor.
- Maintain patient records and documentation.
- Assist during ward rounds and procedures.
- Educate patients regarding basic treatment and follow-up care.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, laboratory, and other departments.
- Relevant clinical training/internship in a hospital.
- Good knowledge of patient assessment, basic procedures, emergency care, and medical documentation.
- Registration/licensing, if required by the applicable authority or employer.
- BLS/ACLS certification is an advantage, especially for emergency/critical-care roles.
