- Communicate with buyers regarding new developments, orders, and production updates.
- Attend buyer meetings and video conferences.
- Understand buyer requirements and expectations.
- Maintain excellent customer relationships.
- Handle buyer queries professionally.
2. Product Development
- Coordinate sample development.
- Review tech packs and specifications.
- Arrange fabric and trim sourcing.
- Ensure prototype, fit, and PP samples are submitted on time.
- Obtain buyer approvals.
3. Order Management
- Receive purchase orders.
- Verify order details.
- Prepare order confirmation.
- Create Time & Action (T&A) Calendar.
- Monitor every stage until shipment.
4. Costing & Pricing
- Prepare garment costing.
- Analyze fabric consumption.
- Calculate trims consumption.
- Coordinate with the costing department.
- Negotiate prices with buyers whenever required.
- Ensure target margins are achieved.
5. Fabric & Trim Coordination
- Coordinate with suppliers.
- Monitor fabric delivery.
- Ensure accessories availability.
- Follow up on approvals.
- Resolve material delays.
6. Production Coordination
Coordinate with:
- PPC (Production Planning & Control)
- Cutting Department
- Sewing Department
- Printing Department
- Embroidery Department
- Washing Department
- Finishing Department
- Packing Department
Ensure production follows the approved Time &Action plan.
7. Time & Action (T&A) Monitoring
