The Opportunity
DreamFirm is looking for a Qualified Chartered Accountant with a strong corporate background to lead accounting, MIS, audit, and financial reporting functions while serving as the primary finance partner for assigned clients. This role is ideal for professionals who can Independently manage Client Relationships, provide financial insights, and ensure exceptional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
· Independently manage a portfolio of client engagements.
· Act as the Primary Point of Contact for Clients, building trusted and long-term Relationships.
· Review financial statements, MIS reports, budgets, and management reports.
· Lead statutory, Internal, and Tax Audit Engagements.
· Ensure timely GST, TDS, and Statutory Compliances.
· Provide financial analysis, Business Insights, and Practical Recommendations to clients.
· Coordinate with Internal Accounting, Compliance, Tax, and Payroll teams to ensure seamless execution.
· Drive timely month-end and year-end closures while maintaining high-quality deliverables.
· Strengthen financial controls, streamline processes, and implement best practices.
· Mentor and guide team members to maintain service excellence.
· Work extensively on Zoho Books and other ERP/accounting software.
Qualifications
· Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
· 4–8 years of post-qualification experience.
· Corporate accounting experience is mandatory.
· Strong expertise in Accounting, MIS, Audit, Financial Reporting, GST, and TDS.
· Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
· Proficiency in Zoho Books or similar ERP/accounting software preferred.
