Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to manage and coordinate projects across teams. You will ensure smooth execution, timely delivery, and effective communication between clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, executing, and closing projects as per deadlines
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, marketing, tech, etc.)
- Act as a point of contact between clients and the team
- Track project progress and ensure timely delivery
- Prepare project timelines, reports, and documentation
- Identify risks and proactively resolve issues
- Maintain clear communication and updates with stakeholders
- Ensure quality standards are met across deliverables
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in project coordination/management
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Basic understanding of digital marketing/branding (preferred)
