About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and passionate DevOps Trainer to conduct online training sessions and guide learners through practical DevOps concepts, tools, and real-world implementation practices. The trainer will be responsible for delivering structured sessions, conducting assessments, and ensuring effective knowledge transfer during the training period.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver instructor-led online DevOps training sessions as per the defined schedule.
- Design and deliver practical, industry-oriented learning experiences.
- Cover core DevOps concepts and implementation workflows.
- Conduct hands-on demonstrations and guided lab sessions.
- Share training materials, assignments, and learning resources.
- Evaluate participant performance through tests, assignments, and practical assessments.
- Address learner queries and provide technical mentorship.
- Track attendance and maintain training progress reports.
- Ensure completion of course objectives within the assigned duration.
- Stay updated with current DevOps tools, practices, and cloud technologies.
Technical Skills Required
Candidates should have hands-on experience with most of the following:
- Linux Administration
- DevOps Fundamentals & SDLC
- Git & GitHub / Version Control
- CI/CD Pipelines
- Jenkins
- Docker & Containerization
- Kubernetes (Basic to Intermediate)
- Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred)
- Cloud Platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
- Monitoring Tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.)
- Shell Scripting / Automation
- Configuration Management (Ansible preferred)
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 4–5 years of practical industry experience in DevOps or Cloud Infrastructure.
- Prior experience in training, mentoring, or conducting technical sessions preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to conduct engaging online sessions.
- Experience creating assignments and practical exercises.

Preferred Candidate
Candidates with certifications in AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, DevOps, or Cloud technologies will be preferred.
