Vartika Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals is a leading manufacturer of bulk drugs and sterile APIs. We are seeking an assertive and highly organized Commercial Executive to manage and streamline our payment recovery and accounts collections division. This role involves maintaining healthy financial cash flows by actively tracking, following up on, and recovering outstanding dues from corporate B2B clients, stockists, and distribution partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track aging credit reports and identify overdue or pending invoices from clients.
- Routinely communicate via phone, email, and coordinate necessary field visits to client offices for amicable payment collection and recovery.
- Reconcile account statements with clients to clear billing discrepancies.
- Maintain complete data and report daily recovery statuses to the finance and management teams.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Graduation in any stream / Any Degree (Candidates with basic mathematical or computer data skills are preferred).
- Skills: Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and professional communication skills. Strong follow-up habits.
- Experience: 0 to 4 years of experience in payment recovery, customer relationship management, backend collections, or commercial operations.
- Travel: Openness to occasional field movement/regional visits to resolve payment bottlenecks with major institutional accounts.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
