o Secure Business Targets: Building and targeting a significant book growth that aligns with the mission and goals of the organization
o Build Diverse Partnerships: Continuously scout for building transactions with players in the market by leveraging NBFC/ HFC relations and external consultants; Build different models across partners in the market basis their needs and offer market agnostic solutions
o Data Management and Analysis: Collect data from various sources and conduct primary analysis through various business models
o Stakeholder Management: Perform query resolution; interact with both external and internal stakeholders spanning verticals and ensure seamless coordination and fluidity in the workflow
o Project Management: Draft/Review battle critical documents; create proposal documents (presentations, CAMs, P&L statements, etc.) for senior management committee meetings for approvals; ensure system stabilization is achieved with all new partnerships onboarded by aligning with IT teams

Coordinate with operations and product team to ensure smooth onboarding and servicing for all deals in the system - Carry out monthly activity along with Central MIS team on updating amorts/cashflows on the system for transactions with undefined payment schedules, using programming tools like VBA Macros.

Track the onboarded portfolios to avoid lags and manage the risk of default - closely tracking delinquent accounts and their recovery mechanisms
