- Plan and deliver Art & Craft lessons aligned with curriculum and learning outcomes.
- Teach various techniques including drawing, painting, sketching, sculpture, paper crafts, clay modeling, and mixed media.
- Introduce students to traditional and contemporary art forms.
- Encourage creativity, imagination, and expression through art.
- Integrate cross-curricular projects where art complements subjects like social studies, science, and language.
- Encourage students to explore different media and styles.
- Mentor students for inter-school competitions, exhibitions, and talent shows.
- Promote teamwork, patience, and attention to detail through art projects.
- Foster confidence and self-expression through creative activities.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts (BFA), Art Education, or equivalent.
- Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) with specialization in Art (preferred).
- Knowledge of CBSE Art & Craft curriculum, assessment patterns, and co-curricular integration.
- Creativity, patience, and excellent communication skills.
