About the Role
We are looking for a sharp, thinking-led Brand & Content Strategist to define and drive the brand’s voice, narrative, and content direction.
This role is responsible for what we say, how we say it, and how it scales — not just posting content.
You will work directly with the Founder to:
- translate brand vision into clear content direction
- build campaigns that drive positioning and growth
- ensure all content feels intentional, premium, and consistent
This is a high-impact thinking role, not an execution role.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Narrative & Positioning
- Define and evolve the brand voice, tone, and identity
- Build a clear point of view for the brand
- Ensure consistency across all touchpoints
2. Campaign Thinking
- Conceptualize monthly/seasonal campaigns
- Develop strong content hooks and storytelling angles
- Translate business goals into content directions that convert
3. Content Direction
- Create clear briefs for content (UGC, shoots, reels, influencer content)
- Guide visual language, styling, and storytelling
- Ensure execution matches intent
4. Platform Strategy
- Define strategy for discovery, engagement, and conversion
- Build a strong content mix (UGC, editorial, influencer, product)
5. Performance Thinking
- Analyze what content is working and why
- Refine direction based on insights
- Balance aesthetic and data-driven decisions
6. Cross-Functional Alignment
- Work closely with Founder, content team, and external partners
- Ensure alignment to a single content vision
What Success Looks Like
- Brand has a distinct, recognizable voice
- Content is consistent and intentional
- Campaigns feel elevated and strategic
- Social media drives discovery, engagement, and conversion
- Founder is not involved in day-to-day content decisions
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 3–5 years of experience in fashion/lifestyle brands, content strategy, or brand strategy
- Strong understanding of Instagram and content ecosystems
- Strong sense of aesthetics and premium positioning
- Ability to think in campaigns, not just posts
- Experience working in fast-paced, founder-led environments

- Not a social media manager
- Not a content executor
- Not just posting or scheduling
- Not influencer coordination
