Job Title: Service Engineer / Technician

Qualification:Diploma / B.Tech (Electronics and Communication)
Salary: ₹10,000 per month
Licence : Driving Licence needed .
Six Days a Week: Standard working week (Monday to Saturday).
Key Responsibilities
- Installation & Commissioning: Visit customer sites to install and configure new [Products/Equipment] ensuring they are working perfectly.
- Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose technical issues in the field. Perform chip-level or board-level repairs (if applicable) or replace faulty parts.
- Customer Support: distinctively explain the usage of the product to the customer after installation. Address customer complaints professionally.
- Reporting: Submit daily service reports (DSR) covering visits made, spare parts used, and status of complaints.
Requirements
- Technical Knowledge:
- For Electronics/UPS/Inverter: Basic understanding of PCBs, Multimeters, Soldering, wiring, and battery systems.
- For General Hardware: Ability to read technical diagrams and use hand tools effectively.
- Mobility: Must possess a valid driving license .
- Communication: Decent communication skills to interact with clients politely.
- Punctuality: Ability to reach client sites on time and manage a daily schedule.
