We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers, explaining our products/services, and generating leads or sales over the phone.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided data.
- Explain products/services clearly and answer customer queries.
- Follow up with interested leads and maintain regular communication.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details in the system.
- Handle customer objections professionally and politely.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead closures when required.

- Good communication skills in [Language(s) required].
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM systems, etc.).
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
