Key Responsibilities
- Sales Growth: Promote and sell prescription medications, OTC products, and medical devices to walk-in customers, doctors, and clinics.
- Customer Service: Address customer inquiries, explain product usage, and resolve complaints to maintain high satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, track expiry dates, and coordinate with the supply chain to ensure essential medicines are always available.
- Compliance: Ensure all sales, storage, and distribution activities follow health and safety regulations. Qualifications & RequirementsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm), Life Sciences, or a related business field. Experience: 1 to 3+ years of experience in retail pharmacy, B2B, or medical equipment sales.Skills: Excellent communication, product knowledge, and negotiation skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
