We are looking for an Operations Engineer with strong expertise in network troubleshooting and production support environments. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in diagnosing and resolving network issues, supporting enterprise infrastructure, and handling critical incidents in real-time.
Key Responsibilities
● Troubleshoot Routing & Switching related issues across enterprise networks.
● Analyze and resolve Firewall connectivity and policy-related issues.
● Perform packet-level troubleshooting using Wireshark.
● Support and troubleshoot TCP/IP networking environments.
● Investigate and resolve SD-WAN connectivity and performance issues.
● Work with Juniper networking technologies for configuration validation and troubleshooting.
● Handle production incidents, escalations, and root cause analysis.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
Required Skills
● Strong understanding of TCP/IP, Routing, Switching, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, and network fundamentals.
● Hands-on experience with Firewall troubleshooting.
● Experience using Wireshark for packet capture and analysis.
● Working knowledge of SD-WAN technologies. ● Experience supporting Juniper networking environments.
● Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
● Experience working in TAC, NOC, Network Operations, or Technical Support roles.
Preferred
● Experience in customer-facing support environments.
● Certifications such as CCNA, JNCIA, CCNP, or equivalent.
● Chennai-based candidates preferred.
