Job Description:
Job Title: Operations Manager - BPO
We are hiring an experienced Operations Manager to lead end-to-end operations across multiple client processes in a fast-paced BPO environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complete operations across inbound/outbound/customer support processes
- Ensure SLA adherence, quality, productivity, and client satisfaction
- Lead Team Leaders and drive team performance
- Monitor utilization, staffing, and operational efficiency
- Handle WFH operations and ensure discipline & compliance
- Drive process improvements, cost control, and scalability
- Conduct daily/weekly reviews and manage client escalations
Requirements:
- 7–12 years experience in BPO/contact center operations
- Experience handling multiple clients/processes
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Exposure to inbound, outbound, and WFH operations
- Strong in SLA, productivity, and quality management
Location: Delhi/NCR
Experience: 7–12 Years
Pay: Up to ₹800,000.00 per year
