Maintaining claim recoverable amount data recoverable vs received for various portals.
Contacting / Emailing account Manager/grievance Manager of various portals to get logistic claims cleared.
Candidate Profile Must have 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce.
Good knowledge of MS office (Excel) and Email.
