We are currently expanding our operations by setting up our own independent manufacturing unit dedicated entirely to the mass production of high-quality Cotton Dusters. We are looking for a sharp, technically-minded individual to grow with us and manage our new production floor.
Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive Technical Factory Supervisor with a foundational background in textiles to oversee the daily production of cotton dusters. This role is ideal for a motivated fresher (with a textile diploma/degree) or someone with 1+ years of early experience in a weaving unit who wants to take full responsibility for a new factory floor and manage workers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the daily production cycle of cotton dusters from raw cotton yarn to the finished packed product.
- Oversee operations on the production floor, which includes semi-automatic looms, yarn winding units, fabric cutters, and industrial sewing machines.
- Manage a small, dedicated team of machine operators, master weavers, cutting/stitching staff, and helpers.
- Maintain daily production logs, monitor raw cotton yarn usage, check fabric quality for defects, and track finished duster inventory.
- Ensure smooth coordination between the weaving, cutting, and stitching departments to avoid bottlenecks.
- Maintain strict discipline, factory cleanliness, and manage daily labor attendance.
Requirements & Qualifications (Strictly Enforced):
- Textile Knowledge (Mandatory): Fresher with a Textile Diploma or Degree, OR 1+ years of experience working directly on a textile weaving or powerloom floor.
- Core Skill: You must understand the basics of warp/weft, fabric structures, and how a weaving floor operates.
- Attributes: Strong leadership qualities, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to maintain a disciplined work environment.
Salary
- Monthly Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 to ₹25,000 per month (Negotiable based on dedication and technical capability).
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Education:
- Secondary(10th Pass) (Preferred)
Experience:
- Textile production: 1 year (Preferred)
