We are looking for an experienced Marketing & Sales Executive for our Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) business. The candidate will be responsible for developing new customers, generating sales leads, and maintaining strong relationships with builders, contractors, and project teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities for RMC products.
- Develop and maintain relationships with builders, contractors, developers, and infrastructure companies.
- Visit construction sites and identify potential RMC requirements.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate rates, and close sales deals.
- Coordinate with plant, dispatch, and technical teams for smooth supply execution.
- Follow up with customers for orders, payments, and feedback.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Maintain customer database and sales reports.
Requirements:
- Experience in RMC / Cement / Construction Material Sales preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of Chennai construction market.
- Ability to build customer relationships and generate leads.
- Two-wheeler & valid driving license preferred.
Experience: 3–8 Years
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month (Based on Experience)
Immediate Joiners Preferred.
