Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and energetic Floor In-Charge to manage daily floor operations, supervise staff activities, and ensure smooth workflow in the showroom/production area. Diploma candidates with leadership skills are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily floor activities and staff coordination
- Ensure proper product display and workplace discipline
- Coordinate with sales, billing, and production teams
- Handle customer support and basic inquiries
- Monitor stock movement and reporting
- Ensure cleanliness and smooth operations on the floor
- Support management in daily operational tasks
Requirements
- Diploma candidates preferred
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to manage team and daily operations
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
