Job Overview: We are currently seeking an HR and Marketing Executive with excellent communication skills and a UK accent. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our HR and marketing functions, ensuring effective communication with our clients, healthcare professionals, and internal teams. Your role will play a critical part in maintaining our reputation as a trusted healthcare staffing agency in the UK.
Responsibilities:
HR Support:
Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes for healthcare professionals, including job postings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Support employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing events, recognition programs, and surveys.
Collaborate with the HR team to address employee queries and resolve HR-related issues promptly.
Marketing Support:
Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our healthcare staffing services.
Contribute to the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, online content, and social media posts.
Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and events.
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive analysis.
Communication and Relationship Management:
Serve as a point of contact for clients, healthcare professionals, and internal teams, ensuring excellent communication and relationship management.
Maintain regular contact with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation.
Act as a liaison between the HR and marketing departments, fostering effective collaboration and information exchange.
Data Management and Reporting:
Manage HR and marketing databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information.
Generate reports and analytics to measure the effectiveness of HR and marketing initiatives.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
Assist in budget monitoring and ensure cost-effective utilization of resources.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills with a UK accent (both verbal and written).
Previous experience in HR and marketing roles is preferred.
Familiarity with HR processes, recruitment, and employment regulations.
Strong knowledge of marketing principles and strategies.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and healthcare professionals.
Proficient in using MS Office Suite and marketing software.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Proactive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
Degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is desirable.
