Own and lead the entire marketing function for the company
Define and execute growth strategy for SaaS/product offerings, Services
Drive revenue-focused marketing (not just leads, but conversions & business impact)
Build and scale end-to-end marketing funnels (Awareness Acquisition Retention)
Lead Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for product launches and feature rollouts
Create strong product positioning, messaging, and brand differentiation
Manage and mentor team across Performance, SEO, Content, Design
Work closely with Founders, Product, and Sales teams for alignment
Take ownership of marketing budgets, ROI, and growth targets
Identify and execute new growth channels and experiments
Build scalable systems for lead generation, user acquisition, and retention
Proven track record of scaling a product / SaaS business
Strong ownership mindset and result-driven approach
Should think like a business leader, not just a marketing executor
Experience in managing complete marketing department independently
Ability to build, lead, and fix teams
Strong focus on numbers: revenue, ROI, conversion rates
Comfortable working directly with founders and driving decisions
