About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Business Development & Partnerships Executive to join us full-time and support our growth.
This is an entry-level opportunity (0–1 years’ experience) ideal for someone looking to start a career in B2B sales, partnerships and business development within the EdTech and learning and development space.
You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, conducting outreach, engaging decision-makers and generating qualified meetings for the leadership team.
Responsibilities
- Research and identify prospective client organisations
- Conduct outbound outreach via LinkedIn, email and other channels
- Engage HR, Learning and Development, Talent and Operations stakeholders
- Generate and qualify leads
- Book discovery meetings for the leadership team
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activity and pipeline progress
- Follow up with prospects and support relationship development
- Work closely with founders to support business growth initiatives
Requirements
- 0 to 1 year of experience in business development, sales, recruitment, customer-facing roles or similar
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confident and professional approach to engaging with stakeholders
- Highly motivated, organised and eager to learn
- Comfortable using LinkedIn and digital communication tools
- Interest in sales, partnerships, EdTech or workforce development
Nice to Have
- Internship, placement or project experience in outreach, sales, marketing or client engagement
- Familiarity with CRM systems or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Interest in learning and development, training or education sectors
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
