Job Opening: Field Marketing Executive (Insurance Industry)

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month (Based on experience)

About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Marketing Executive with prior experience in the insurance industry. The ideal candidate should have strong client relationship skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct a minimum of 3 client meetings every day.
- Generate new business opportunities through field visits and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, SMEs, transporters, and business owners.
- Promote the company's insurance products and services.
- Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, policy issuance, and claim support.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into business.
- Prepare and submit daily meeting reports and activity updates.
- Achieve monthly business targets and contribute to overall sales growth.
- Represent the company professionally during client meetings and industry events.
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: Minimum 2–5 years in the General Insurance or Insurance Broking industry.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Good understanding of insurance products and market trends.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel extensively.
- Must possess a valid driving license and own two-wheeler/four-wheeler (preferred).
Preferred Candidate
- Experience in corporate insurance sales or business development.
- Existing network of corporate clients and business associations.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Professional personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
