Talent Acquisition Executive
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, identifying top talent, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and build a strong talent pipeline across various functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate technical and managerial interview schedules with hiring managers.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Negotiate salary packages and manage offer rollouts.
- Conduct reference and background verification as required.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and prepare hiring reports.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
- Stay updated with market trends, hiring strategies, and recruitment best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–6 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Experience hiring for IT, Non-IT, Sales, or Corporate roles is preferred.
- Familiarity with job portals such as Indeed, LinkedIn, Naukri, and other sourcing platforms.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an advantage.

₹3,00,000 – ₹5,00,000 per annum (Based on experience and qualifications)
