Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Recruiter to join our talent acquisition
team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on recruitment experience or a strong
understanding of the end-to-end hiring process. Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter Lite
and sourcing through job portals and social media platforms will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter Lite, social media, and employee referrals.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Follow up with candidates on interview feedback
- Meet hiring timelines and recruitment targets.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Prior recruitment experience is preferred
- Working knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter Lite is preferred. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sourcing, screening, and coordination abilities.
- Must own a personal laptop.
Work Schedule
- Monday to Saturday
- 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Interview Process
- Round 1: HR Interview (Online)
- Round 2: Hiring Manager Interview (Online)
Work Mode
This is a hybrid role. While the position is primarily Work From Home, candidates may
be required to report to the Gurgaon office once every 10–15 days or as required for
meetings or business needs.
Pay: ₹10,293.58 - ₹30,011.20 per month
