About the Role
Empowering Assurance Systems Pvt Ltd is looking for enthusiastic professionals to support ISO certification, auditing, consultancy, documentation and training activities across various industries.
Candidates with knowledge or experience in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 37001 are encouraged to apply.
Freshers with relevant ISO Auditor qualifications and experienced professionals are welcome.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct internal, supplier, second-party and certification audits.
- Support Stage 1, Stage 2, surveillance and recertification audits.
- Prepare audit plans, checklists, reports and nonconformity reports.
- Review corrective actions and verify their effectiveness.
- Support ISO documentation, implementation and gap assessments.
- Prepare manuals, procedures, SOPs, registers and risk assessments.
- Assist clients with management system implementation and certification.
- Conduct ISO awareness and internal auditor training as a Tutor.
- Coordinate audit schedules, client communication and documentation.
- Maintain technical competency with ISO standards and accreditation requirements.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / ISO 45001.
- Understanding of process approach, risk-based thinking and PDCA.
- Knowledge of audit planning, sampling, evidence collection and reporting.
- Understanding of nonconformity, root cause analysis and corrective action.
- Good documentation and report-writing skills.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Willingness to travel across India and overseas.
Preferred Qualifications
- ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 Internal Auditor certification.
- IRCA / CQI Lead Auditor certification is an advantage.
- Experience with certification bodies, consultancy, inspection or training organisations.
- Experience in QMS, EMS, OHSMS or Integrated Management Systems.
Education
Any Degree.
Degrees/diplomas in Engineering, Science, Environmental Science, Industrial Safety, Management or related fields are preferred.
Experience
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Freshers with ISO knowledge, auditor qualifications or exposure to ISO documentation/implementation are welcome.
- Experienced candidates with internal/external auditing, consultancy, certification or management-system implementation experience are preferred.
Salary & Benefits
₹20,000 – ₹50,000 per month, depending on qualification, experience, auditor certifications, audit days and technical competency.
For Empanel Auditor & Tutor engagements, remuneration will be provided per audit day / training day.
Travel, accommodation and audit-day allowances are provided as per company policy.
