Design Legends is a creative and detail-oriented architectural and interior design firm specializing in residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. We are looking for a skilled Interior Site Engineer to manage on-site execution and ensure high-quality project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day interior site activities and execution work.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, vendors, and clients.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and timelines.
- Monitor site progress, quality standards, and safety compliance.
- Handle site measurements, material inspections, and work scheduling.
- Resolve on-site technical issues and coordinate with the design team for modifications.
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and maintain project documentation.
- Verify bills, BOQs, and material consumption at the site.
- Ensure timely completion of projects within budget.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.
- Experience in interior fit-out and finishing works.
- Good knowledge of materials, site execution, and construction methods.
- Ability to read architectural and interior drawings.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vendors and subcontractors.
Preferred Requirements
- Experience in residential/commercial interior projects.
- Knowledge of project management and site coordination.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
